Registration Fees at the Port of Guernsey

GUIDANCE NOTES

The following fees are valid as from 28th July 1993 for vessels registered at the Port of Guernsey:

 

First Registry
Re-registry
Transfer to or from another British port of registry		 £280
Transfer of ownership by bill of sale or transmission,
Registration or discharge of a mortgage		 £85
Transcripts,
Certified copies of original documents		 £25
Inspection of Register £10

 

All fees are those in force on the date that the entry is made and must be paid prior to the transaction being recorded.

Fees may be paid by means of:

  • a cheque drawn on a bank having a branch in the UK made payable to 'States of Guernsey'
  • a sterling draft payable in London
  • a British postal order
  • British currency
  • credit or dbit card payment by phone, or fax using the slip available from the Part I download section.
